Orders & Production
Each piece is handcrafted in our design studio and workshop, which means production times may vary. Customizations or engraved pieces are completed within 2 to 8 weeks, unless a different production time is specified at the time of purchase. For bespoke orders, our production times are 8 to 10 weeks once the design has been approved by the customer.
Yes, we love creating one-of-a-kind pieces, and we offer customization of some of our designs. Simply contact us through our Bespoke service contact form with your idea, and our team will get back to you with design options and a quote.
If your piece hasn’t entered production yet, we can make changes or cancel your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to check if modifications are still possible.

Materials & Craftsmanship
All our jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop, combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.
We work exclusively with 18k gold, and ethically sourced natural diamonds and gemstones from trusted suppliers, cork and enamels. Every piece is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Yes — We only work with natural diamonds and natural gemstones. Each gemstone is carefully selected by hand for quality, color, and ethical sourcing. Slight variations make every piece truly unique.
Sizing & Care
You can refer to our Jewelry Care guide for detailed instructions. Store your jewelry in a dry place, ideally in its original packaging. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. To restore shine, gently polish with a cotton soft cloth.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.
Once dispatched, domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days, and international orders within 2-6 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Returns & Repairs
You can return unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom or engraved items cannot be returned.
We’re so sorry this happened. Please contact us at info@viktorarteaga.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. We recommend that you notify the shipping company.
Yes — we believe in the longevity of every piece we craft. We offer a repair service for our jewellery. Contact us with a description of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
