Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We use DHL express delivery for all orders. All of our shipments are insured. We aim to ship your order within 24h-48h of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.
For customizations, our production times are 2 to 8 weeks. For bespoke orders, our production times are 8 to 10 weeks once the design has been approved by the customer.
Shipping times may vary, but we assure you that we work to make them as short as possible.
Spain
Complimentary express delivery for orders above 900€.
Usual delivery time is from 1-3 business days.
Europe
Complimentary International express delivery for orders above 900€.
Usual delivery time is from 3-5 business days.
International
Complimentary International express delivery for orders above 1200€.
Usual delivery time is from 5-7 business days.
Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.
(DHL) will request payment of customs duties, taxes, or processing fees as part of the delivery process. Depending on the circumstances, this payment may be required before delivery or invoiced after your shipment has een delivred. For any questions, please email info@viktorarteaga.com

Rest of World:
Bahrain, Canada, Georgia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Qatar, United States of America, United Kingdom, UAE.
Please note that there may be specific exclusions regarding individual items or restrictions on certain components or materials depending on the country of export/import. Other destinations may be available on request, please contact us info@viktorarteaga.com
RETURNS
You may return or exchange any item that does not meet your expectations. We have a 14-day return policy. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may request a return. Please contact us, info@viktorarteaga.com and we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and without any alteration to its original condition, and it must be in its original packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund taxes on international deliveries.
Shipping and return fees will not be refunded.
The return policy does not apply to customized jewelry and bespoke jewelry.
